Our cookies are not recommended for those with allergies. We do our best to avoid cross contamination, however as we're dealing with multiple flavours and baked goods in a fast-paced kitchen, we cannot guarantee this. Please consider this before consuming if you have any severe allergies.

What days can I collect my cookies?
Collection is available on Fridays & Saturdays!
9am-10am // 4pm - 5:30pm (strict times, outside of these times we will be unavailable)
Our website will update on a Sunday, with new availability, so to see what is available for the week ahead, jump on Sunday to place your order. :)
We also sell boxes at random via our instagram, so if you miss out, keep your eyes peeled on out instagram - @Chunki.CBR
What is the collection Address/I haven't been provided with the address?
We are a home bakery, located in the suburb of Kambah in Tuggeranong ACT.
Full address will be provided once order is placed. (Usually 1 day before!)
If you need to know earlier to arrange travel times, please send us a message and provide your order number :)

What days do you Deliver?
Delivery alternates between Saturdays and Sundays. If you no longer see a delivery option when ordering, we have reached capacity for our deliveries.
Can I request a specific day for my cookies, if its in the future?
Larger orders for special events, ie birthday, wedding etc - Yes!!
For general cravings - no.
Its only Tuesday but delivery is already off the website?
Unfortunately, we have a cap on how many deliveries we can do in a day,
so if the delivery option is no longer available this means this slot has sold out.
We also have alot of events over weekends, and this reduces our capacities for deliveries some weeks also - We apologise.
Catering - Large QTY boxes say 'sold out' can I still order these?
Yes! we love to cater. We just need to speak before hand for all large orders.
If the order is for a special event we can do this for a specific date, but it needs to be a pick up order and there is a minimum qty order which we would be happy to discuss when you contact us.
What to do when I arrive for my pick up?
Please feel free to park in the drive-way, head on up and give the door a knock.
We grab your name and will hand the cookies to you at the door :)
Do I need to be home for the delivery option?
Nope :) We will always knock first and our priority is to hand deliver. But if you're not home, it will be left in a safe place. However, at times with apartment complex's we may not be able to leave it.
So if you know this is the case, please let us know so we can make sure someone will be able to collect.
Worst case, your order turns into a pick up.
I placed my order Monday, but I haven't heard from you?
Once an order is placed through the website, you should automatically receive
a confirmation email. If you haven't received this for any reason and you are concerned about your order, always feel free to reach out to us @Chunki.cbr on instagram Or via the chat box on the website.
I've missed out on all delivery & pick up slots, but really wanted some cookies this week!
Follow us on Instagram @Chunki.cbr. Here we randomly have boxes up for grabs due to over baking, last minute cancellations, or simply cooking any left over dough for the week. You never know, you might just snag the last box :)
Can I order a mix of minis and regular Chunkis?
For now, its just either or. However if it's a large customer order and its for an event im happy to work something in with you :)
Yes! Yes! & Yes! We are a fully registered business and our kitchen is 100% approved by counsil We have also completed our food handling and safety tickets. We take this very seriously and do everything we can to take all the neccesary precautions and hygienic measures.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once your order has left our store.
We are unable to issue refunds for any reason, once you have received your cookies. Within 3 days of collection, we are not able to accommodate changes to your order and have a strict no cancellations policy within this time frame.
Substitution
CHUNKI reserves the right to substitute a cookie flavor with another flavor, if stock is unavailable.
Cancellations & Modifications
Understandably plans change and are willing to accommodate changes to your order. However please note as changes require administration, there is a $10 admin fee for any order changes.
CHUNKI reserves the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been prepared. Please double check your order before placing it (flavors, address etc) ensure ALL details are correct. If an address is not correct and the baked goods are left at the wrong premises, we are unable to refund you and you will have to place an additional order with the correct address. Within 3 days of collection, we are not able to accommodate changes to your order.
