What days can I pick up? Pick up is available every Saturday! & we alternate between Wednesday & Friday Pick ups, during the week. Our website will update on a Sunday, with new availability, so to see what is available for the week ahead, jump on Sunday to place your order. :)
- We will arrange a suitable time with you upon order being received & advise full address on pick up day.
What days do you Deliver? Delivery is available Saturdays only. Sundays MAY become available if Saturdays fill up. (Limited availability!) If you no longer see a delivery option when ordering, we have reached capacity for our deliveries.
Can I request a specific day for delivery, if its in the future? At this stage, we can't do days aside from what is listed above. We are no longer able to pencil people in, we just ask that you jump onto the website to place your order. We hope to be able to offer more days soon.
When do new days get loaded onto the website? Every Sunday night, new days are entered into the website, ready for the week ahead. We book out extremely fast over the week, so if you need to place an order in for a specific date, we suggest a Sunday or Monday order to secure your box. First in best dressed :)
Its only Tuesday but delivery is already off the website? Unfortunately, we have a cap on how many deliveries we can do in a day, so if the delivery option is no longer available this means this slot has sold out. We also have alot of events over weekends, and this reduces our capacities for deliveries some weeks also - We apologise.
Large QTY boxes say 'sold out' can I still order these? Yes! we love to cater. We just need to speak before hand for all large orders. If the order is for a special event we can do this for a specific date, but it needs to be a pick up order and there is a minimum qty order which we would be happy to discuss when you contact us.
Where is the pick up Address? We are a home bakery, located in the suburb of Kambah in Tuggeranong ACT. Full address will be provided once order is placed.
When will I know what time I can pick up my cookies? The day before pick up, we will send a text message out confirm the pick up address and arranging a time that suits. We always do our best to work with you and usually have mornings and afternoon slots available. If you need to know sooner than the day before, please feel free to reach out to us first and we can work this out before hand!
What to do when I arrive for my pick up? Please feel free to park in the drive-way and head on up and give the door a knock. We will hand the cookies to you at the door :)
Do I need to be home for the delivery option? Nope :) We will always knock first and our priority is to hand deliver. But if you're not home, it will be left in a safe place. However, at times with apartment complex's we may not be able to leave it. So if you know this is the case, please let us know so we can make sure someone will be able to collect. Worst case, the order turns into a pick up.
I placed my order Monday, but I haven't heard from you? Once an order is placed through the website, you should automatically receive a confirmation email. If you haven't received this for any reason and you are concerned about your order, always feel free to reach out to us @Chunki.cbr on instagram Or via the chat box on the website.
I've missed out on all delivery & pick up slots, but really wanted some cookies this week! Follow us on Instagram @Chunki.cbr. Here we randomly have boxes up for grabs due to over baking, last minute cancellations, or simply cooking any left over dough for the week. You never know, you might just snag the last box :)
Can I order a mix of minis and regular Chunkis? For now, its just either or. However if it's a large customer order and its for an event im happy to work something in with you :)
Is Chunki a Registered Business?. Yes! We are a fully registered business and our kitchen is 100% approved. We have completed our food handling and safety tickets.
Do you do Christmas Catering? Unfortunately, we wont be catering for Christmas. However we love Christmas and definitely want to get into the spirit with some Christmas flavours. Keep your eyes peeled!!
